My experience was utterly ruined by the rude concierge Fabiano, who berated me for asking about my room change. I felt truly unsafe due to the balcony door not staying closed and the lack of urgency to resolve it. I was greeted by ants on my first morning and found hair all over my sheets, showing a severe lack of cleanliness.

the hotel had noisy elevators that ruined my stay, but the biggest disappointment was the lack of any special treatment for my birthday. I could have almost given a good review, but that stale coffee from the bar really made me question their standards. I expected so much more, definetely not worth it!

the grand hotel was stunning! our room had a beautiful view of the grounds, and everything was impeccably clean. the location is perfect for exploring beautiful surroundings, and the shuttle bus made getting to sorrento super easy. the children's swimming pool was a great touch for families, too!
